1. Basic Information

Product availability governs all orders. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will contact you and refund the full price of your transaction via the original method of payment.

We are tied up with India’s best courier company, i.e., “DTDC.”
that completely supports our logistics needs domestically and internationally; all our products are shipped through them.

2. Cost of Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your item and the mode of delivery. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the products you want to buy to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. The shipping prices will be displayed once you reach the checkout screen.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote places or for large or heavy items. Any fees will be disclosed to you on the checkout page.

Sales tax is levied based on the province or region to which the item is transported.

3. Delivery Cost

When you submit your order, you will be given an estimated delivery time. Delivery timeframes are estimations and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery timings are simply estimates and are subject to your order’s acceptance and approval.

We make every attempt, unless there are extraordinary circumstances, to fulfil your purchase within [30] business days after the date of final payment. For the delivery process, we require a minimum payment of 40 tonnes. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please keep in mind that we do not ship on [Sundays].
