Shipping Policy

1. What is the expected delivery date?

We endeavor to delivery all Domestic products ordered within 1 to 3 days after the order has been placed and accepted by us and International delivery will ship with in 10 to 15 days after placed and accepted by us. You will be indicated the expected delivery time when you place your order online. The delivery fee varies depending on the goods.
On low-value purchases, we suffer significantly greater shipping charges. In such circumstances, charging a small delivery fee assists in offsetting logistics costs. Please review your order summary to understand specific product delivery charges.

2. What is the cost of delivery?

The cargo will be dispatched within 30 days of receiving 60% of the total consignment value and the remaining 40% at the time of shipment.

3. When will the delivery occur?

Our courier partner will often aim to deliver between 9:00 and 18:00. Staying at home for all of these hours, especially on working days, might be difficult. If you are unable to be present at a specific time, see if someone else can be present at the delivery address to accept the parcel on your behalf.

4. What if I am not present when delivery is attempted?

Your order will be delivered to the address you provided us with. If you were not present when the courier partner arrived at your door, two extra delivery efforts will be made on subsequent days.

5. How will I be notified of the status of my order?

If you have successfully placed an order with us, we will keep you updated at various points of your order’s journey. Once you’ve successfully placed your order, you’ll receive an email or SMS notification. We’ll also notify you as soon as the seller sends the item(s) to you, as well as provide you with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). Our website’s “Track Order” section allows you to track your orders. We’ll send you another email when your package is on its way to your given address.

6. What will the package look like in the event of a door-to-door delivery?

We enforce the highest packaging standards and distribute all of our products in highly standardised bags to ensure that your purchases are not damaged while being handled.

7. What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I can’t find it?

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you are unable to locate it:

Check to see if the delivery was accepted by someone else.

Wait until the end of the day–packages may appear to be delivered while still in travel.

If you are still unable to locate your item, please contact Customer Service. Please keep in mind that we will only be able to assist you if you contact us within 7 days of your package being listed as Delivered.

1. How do I pay for a purchase?

2. Which Method can I use to pay?

You can make your purchase using Internet Banking.
We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express credit/debit cards. We require at least 30 days after receiving 60% payment to dispatch the consignment, with the remaining 40% due at the time of shipment.
